MSJ Family MembershipAt MSJ Productions we are proud to offer our 2021 Family Membership. We have membership from 1 class a week to unlimited classes a week for a family. With our amazing range of classes, we have all the styles of classes to appeal to children and young performers. Membership with us means the ability to pay in affordable fortnightly payments or by the term via direct debit. This makes it easy to budget as you know the exact dates that your membership will be deducted and makes attending our studio a breeze!
We are happy to be able to offer discounts per class from 2 or more classes, with each level of membership having a lower per class rate. We are also one of the few studios who offer FAMILY pricing, where by your membership rate is not per child, but per family. Eg our MSJ 8 class membership price can be paid for 1 child taking 8 classes a week or 2 children taking 4 classes each. A family receives the same discount! 2021 Membership Please refer to the 2021 fee schedule for MSJ memberships and when payments are due. Membership is for the year. No refunds are given for any reason. You can cancel membership at the end of each term. MSJ Annual Registration Fee: This non-refundable administration fee is payable on enrolment with MSJ Productions. This payment is automatically deducted via your nominated credit card or bank account within 1-2 days after online registration. The registration fee for 2021 is as follows: Per Student - $40 Public Holidays Missed classes due to public holidays may be made up if a suitable class option is available. It can be the same style of class or a different style as long as it’s the same age group and a suitable level. Missed class must be made up in the week before or week prior to the public holiday. If you are unable to make up the class in those two weeks, you will forfeit the class. No refunds given for public holidays. MSJ Family As our commitment to support families, we now offer Family Membership pricing. This means that whether you have 1 child taking 4 classes or two children taking a total of 4 classes – you will pay the same flat rate. We are pleased to simplify our pricing and help families with more than one child fully enjoy the benefits that come with the performing arts! Our family maximum for 2021 is $248 a fortnight. This is for membership only and does not include extras such as MSJ Elite. MSJ Academy or private lessons. MSJ Customer Portal After registering as a new family online through our website, you will have a customer portal set up. Its important to check regularly to ensure your card/bank account details are up to date, your postal address is correct (we like to send little surprises in the mail!) and that everything is working smoothly. MSJ Concert At the start of Term 2, we ask if you would like to commit to being in our end of year concert. We offer a concert booklet with all the info, including concert dates, costume info and everything you need to decide. We are proud of our concerts and encourage all our families to participate. To make this easier for all families we will offer a FREE concert t-shirt to all students who commit to the concert! Cancelling Your Membership You may cancel your membership at any time by providing us with written notice of your intention to do so via EMAIL. Your cancellation will be effective on the last day of the term in which you provide us with the cancellation notice. Therefore, your deductions will continue until the full term’s fees are paid.
